Dont know if this is the right place to  report the Newquay 3-1 win Launceston match but here goes , this was a hard fought win Newquay went 1-0 up from a blockbuster free kick from only person who hits free kicks like he does Cam TURNER didnt give Lewis Slade in the Launceston goal a hope .
2nd Half Launceston came out meaning business but Brodie Cole  was equal to all of the pressure Launceston applied, Andy Watkins was having a fine game and was causing Newquay some problems but on the other wing Jacob Grange was given the full back a torid time , he has been doing that all season so far ,
Callam Mcconie scored a absolutly brilliant goal a great lob over Lewis Slade but he was flagged up for offside .
Launceston Goalie Slade was having a brilliant game pulling off save after save but dont get me  wrong Launceston had there chances but Brodie was in top form .
Time for subs for  Newquay and  1 was striker Louis PRICE and Louis does what he does best scores goals ,
Launceston pulled a goal back from a scramble think Louis YOUNG got the final touch but i thought Brodie was impeded getting the ball .
Time for Louis to get his 2nd goal what a cracker to make it 3-1 to make it the final score and surprise i got the score right for a change .
Ok my MOM not the usual suspects like Louis Cam or Jacob but a new boy who got through a lot of hard graft breaking up Launcestons attack im going for LUCAS POTTS 1 st class performance easier for Launceston LEWIS SLADE did some brilliant saves .
This was a performance of future champions hardwork and graft by a fine Newquay side
The ref and assitants where excellent .
Crowd not so big as usual sign the visitors have gone home
Well done Newquay and Launceston will do well this year got a good team there with a very good manager even though he did play in the cup final for Watford instead of my team Plymouth . Look forward to listening to Neil PRICE on the Podcast  again soon i hope hes honest tells it how it is and doesnt mince his words and i like his London Accent .
Well done to both teams for putting on a good entertaining match .
My next match on 28th Sept wont be up Newquay when they play Camelford but hopefully if im out of Bodmin Hospital in time i will be going to Wadebridge to see them play Wendron so dont sell all those lovely Pasties put 1 back for me
    Thankyou

I havnt been to Bodmin this year so i dont know about the tea hut use to be behind the stand and run by lovely people also you could get a cuppa with your chips by the entrance near the top end of the grandstand.
Bodmin is a lovely ground nothing better than lying on the grass on a sunny afternoon watching a match .
I like Bodmin and the people there wasnt happy when the no dogs rule went up but now dogs are allowed back in I will be down very soon .
The club has being going in decline since Darren left ,Dane Bunney took over and he had was building a good team there but they all left for more money then Dane went and Simon Minnett took over and hes trying to rebuild a team and he cant be doing to bad a job for them to beat the talented Bodmin team .
I am down in Bodmin Hospital on the 28th sept so i will be missing watching Newquay vs Camelford so i will be driving over to see my friends in Wadebridge for  of there lovely Pasties and a battle of 2 of the title favourites Wadebridge and Wendron hope its not peeing down i have been soaked many a times at the Bridge.
Hope Bodmin do well this season the days of handing big bundles of cash over to Neil Warnock for bringing his team down for Pre season dont think a large amount of money would be exchanged to bring Torquay down like it was in the days of Leeds Crystal Palace and other teams Neil was in charge .
1 last thing the death of ex Cardiff Player Sol Bamba i met him when Cardiff where playing at Bodmin in a pre season match a giant of a man i got a photo of me with him i look like a bloody midget ok sorry i ment a small person compared to him ,he died so young after fighting Cancer for 2 years .
I bet Neil Warnock was devasted when he heard of Sols passing i know he thought a lot of the big man he was his captain and leader .
Ok big game at Newquay this weekend vs Launceston and Andy Watkins in attack with Neil Price as there manager and who is brilliant on the Rappo and Deacs Podcast .Who Newquay do win because Neil was in the Watford team that beat my Plymouth team to get the final ,i have got the whole match on video which i bought i still shout at the tv to Lee Cooper to Kick John Barnes over the stand but he didnt listen to me .
Ok everybody have a good week

Back from watching NEWQUAY hammer Bude 6-0 , but you would never of said this score after 20 mins because they where playing well but the the floodgates opened and mistake after mistake let in the lethal Newquay forwards .
Jacob Grange was having a fine game and the poor Bude defender marking him couldnt cope with him and Jacob helped himself to 2 goals as well as Callum McConie who would get a hat trick
    HT 4-0
2ND half and the Newquay dominance continued and all this without top scorer Louis Price  Newquay could of scored 10 hitting the post cross bar and some good saves by the goalie .
I said to Callum before the match he would get a hat trick and he did his 3rd goal being a penalty .
The ref was good and so where his assitants
MY MOM how can i just give it to a invidual player like Callum McConie sorry Callum you got a hat trick but the whole team where brilliant this was a real team performance a brilliant showing it was like a exhibition  match most of Newquays goals came from mistakes which where punished .
Nice to see Harrison and his owner lovely little dog Nice talking to people up there today nearly forgot Mom For Bude No7 Steve BOX
Well done Newquay for  1 hell of a performance will be harder next week vs Neil Prices Launceston team and there brilliant striker Andy Watkins who i saw play many times for Truro and at Wembley in the Final .
Newquay are bound to have a slip up sometime in the season but they got Louis Price and JBE to add this team like i said before this is the best Newquay side i have seen in at least 30 years

Hard fought 2-0 win tonight 2 goals for Callum McConie ,Not the prettiest of games to watch Newquay looked disjointed but they must of been tired out after the Journey in the Vase last Saturday so rotated the team with Potts and Lowry coming into the team with Evans ,Shepard and Fallens on the bench .
Not much happened in the 1st half Brodie in the Newquay goal made a brilliant save from Mikey Davis should of held it though Brodie .Morgan Jones was keeping Newquay at bay with a string of saves hes a fine young keeper .
I was on the way home in the 80th min doggy ws getting cold and i couldnt see bugger all anyway so i missed both of Callum McConies goals .
At least its another 3 points but hard fought for  Was hoping to see Teddy Horton play but he must of been suspended after his recent sending of fine player .
Good crowd up there tonight they even ran out of programs and i wanted 1 for the fixture list so will have to get 1 vs Bude on Saturday .
The ref was ok but the linesman in front of me was too fussy but he did miss what looked like a clear pen to me when Tom Moxham had his arm up from a Truro corner and clearly hit his hand but no one appealed so Newquay got  let off there .
Ok on to Saturday vs Bude be a different Bude team than last year when it was more like a kicking match But those money players like Gabby Rogers have moved on for the buck and the Tornado has gone now Bude are local youngsters which need to be Applauded .
Well Done Newquay but i thought Truro Res are a very good team but missed Horton and need a centre forward like the player Finn they had who now plays for Liskeard
Ok Night all you people out there
MY MOM Truro GOALIE Morgan Jones and for Newquay Brodie COLE for his brilliant save

k my 30 mins write up of last nights match between Newquay 3- St Day 1
Newquay started the match on fire and Louis Price was given the St Day defence a rough time and he put Newquay 1-0 up with a well place shot .
Newquay went 2-0 when the outstanding Jacob Grange put over a rcoss which caught out ex Newquay goalie Harry Salmon out and sailed into the goal
St Day pulled a goal back from the pen spot with what looked like a clear pen from where i was ex Blazey player Kyle Marks scored from the spot .
Jacob Grange  then went on a long run with St Day players left in his wake only thing missing was a goal at the end which he deserved
I had enough then soaking wet with a poor little dog suffering it was time to go home
St Day had a very experianced side in Jacob Cleverly ED Timmons ,Phil  Cattran Kirk Davis and more exerianced players severel from Mullion and ex Newquay goalie young Harry Salmon .
Ok my MOM from what i saw for Newquay Jacob Grange and for St Day Harry Salmon .Good start for Newquay And many more to come

I was looking at the friendly fixtures and i noticed St Austell are playin at Sticker on the 20th July and i thought i would look at that, looked to see if Sticker had signed anyone and they have real quality as well players like Rio Ward , Tom Guest , Connor Wharton ,Kieran Powell HarVey Hann Jack Chafer , Fin NanCarrow .
Mostly from St Austell but really good players cant see Sticker struggling this season with that quality of signings Looking forward to bein there at BURNULLOW on the 20th should be a good game.
First friendly this weekend when the Champions Ivybridge play Newquay at Mt Wise 1pm should be a cracker ,Ivybridge got some really good players well most of them played for that very good Mt Gold side .
So get yourself to Mt Wise for a good footy game and tell the Holidaymakers to come along because its certainly not beach weather

I was looking back on the comments on here and saw Your having a laughs comments about Liskeard when he said Max is going no where as are most of the players which have now gone to other clubs for the money .
Newquay have been signing so many players but hope this doesnt mean some will be leavin i was looking at there midfield you got Cam Turner , Ross Fallens, Josh Evans now add Jacob Grange , Aaron Dilley and more just as well give Newquay the league now i think they will go the whole season in the league  unbeaten just hope Cam and Ross are not going anywhere

Great that Aaron Dilley is back at Newquay brilliant footballer and a really good person dont know where he will  play though strong in Midfield already maybe play as a sweeper behind Matt and Harry , he could play like Ollie Brokenshire at St Austell who has gone from Midfield to defence and hes been brilliant clearing up behind the defenders .
1st game at Newquay Saturday week vs Ivybridge or should that be Mt Gould looks like mostly all there players and they was some side should be a good test for Newquay 1pm ko then they got Elburton who have some top players in Sam Hughes . Lewis Edwards and i see the 2 Landricombes play for them Levi and Mike , then they got St Blazey who seem to be losing lots of players dont know how they can replace Luke Clokes goals since he has left maybe they have got someone equally good taking his place or it could be Paul Bowden playing this year

JBE back at Newquay that would be great but would he be the same player like he was before i heard hes injured at the moment and has got to have a op which will keep him out for a while but what a signing but lets wait and see if its true when Jack says yes im back .
If its true that Ollie and Neil are goin to Sticker what a coup that would be they will work wonders there 2 brilliant players and the nicest people you will ever meet,You cant blame them for not wanting to go to a higher league with St Austell they didnt want to go up with Blazey ,they both have young families and of course they would want to spend more time with there families than stuck on a bus for hours on end going to some place miles away .Well done lads players are putting there families first instead of the money they would earn playing in a higher league .
St Austell will find it hard to replace Ollie and Neil they never seem to have a bad game i voted for Ollie for player of the season in the Podcast and on St Austell Website since hes playing in defence hes been brilliant .
Hope its true both players are going to Sticker they would help the youngsters out and Sticker is a lovely club with lovely people there the team has been going through a slump and if they get these 2 on board they would transform them .
One last thing i see Toby Chapman is going to another club Toby is 1 of the nicest people around he has always come over for a chat with me have followed Toby since Godolphin days he has had awful abuse in the past i remember the abuse he had at Wadebridge ground once ,hes a good bloke hell of a good goalie so i hope the idiots that shouted things at him in the past lay off him .
Ok thats it still excited about JBE comin back to Newquay but it will be  a while before hes wearing the red and white of Newquay but what a signing im 67 and getting excited about the new season could be Newquays year to get some silverwear but i think you got to make Liskeard Favourites again they just got a hell of a side but i think Max Gilbert will go and i reckon it could be Falmouth or St Austell hes the only player i can see to replace Neil in midfield if he leaves St Austell very similair players both brilliant .
Ok see you all in Pre Season hoping Newquay announces some decent friendlies
