100%cornish

The team that has impressed me so far are Tavistock just a joy to watch with some outstanding players .
Ok onto last night match at Bodmin very good game Bodmin losing 3-2 but they played really well ,Falmouth played som lovely passing football but just missed that cutting edge to score and the Bodmin defence where so good with Jordan Stimpson having a hell of a game as did all the defenders and Ryan Rickard in the Bodmin goal at his best as usual not a better goalie than him around .
Bodmin went 1-0 up with a brilliant lob from Ryan Knight ,at the break Falmouth brought on 3 subs in Brabyn and the 2 ex Newquay lads Sims and Leivers who made a big difference i cant comment on the last 15 mins of the game because it was getting dark and my eyes dont do to well knight driving thanks to the treatment i had i should glow with the amount of Radiotherapy i have but im all good and enjoying my local footy .
Bodmin got 3 goals from Alex Wharton ,Jared Sims and Luke Balmer and Bodmins other goal was scored by Ben Waters who seemed to strike up a good partnership with each other .
My Mom for Bodmin is Jordan Stimson and for Falmouth im going for Luke Balmer though i didnt know have the team of either side and cant find a team list anywhere .
The game was refereed Magnificent by Mr Shaun Edge who doesnt take any nonsense and the players seem to respect him .
I would also like to say thankyou for keeping me company all evening in the grandson and i hope your up running around soon

St Austell look a very good side this year with Harry in goal but some of the touches Liam Eddy made where brilliant only thing missing from his game against Newlyn was a goal i will say Liam Eddy will be the leagues leading goal scorer this year .

Went Bodmin last night very enjoyable game 1st half Truro had a weakend team out with lots of trialist and Rocky Neale put Truro 1 -0 up with a brilliant goal he could of scored more if it wasnt for the brilliance in the Bodmin goal from Ryan Rickard who pulled off save after save . Bodmin got  a equaliser from there big no9 with a fine shot into the corner '
Truro then got 2 quick goals 1 from Trialist and the other from Finn Harrison and it was 3-1 at HT 
The 2nd half Truro had a much stronger team on in Tyler Harvey ,Dan Sullivan , Connor Riley Lowe  Shane White and some youth players .
Bodmin have got some brilliant players but the 1 that stood out for me was no 77 Charlie Hardcastle he was outstanding all evening ,it was a nice evening for watching the footy and the rain stopped just as th ematch was starting which was good .
For Bodmin i am going for 2 Mom in Goalie Ryan Ricard and no 77 Charlie Hardcastle and for Truro Rocky Neal he was everywhere and the entry money was worth it just for his goal alone .The ref and officials where excellent even though the linesman in front of me missed some obvious offside from Rocky Neale but overall very good .
Well done to Dane and Shaun in there 1st pre season friendly only think missing for Bodmin is a good centre forward and i expect Dane has someone lined up .
Ok thats no2 pre season for me onto no 3 on Thursday at Wadebridge to see them play Tavistock and Smokie can have a walk around that ground unlike at Bodmin but he was happy in the car .
It was lovely talking to the couple beside me dont know how he knew i was 100% Conish but he did .

Going to change my predictions Liskeard to win the league 2 brilliant signings in Mike Smith and Ryan Downing really good replacements for Lorenz and Rowe so they have got to be everyones favourites for the league but think Newquay will end up 2nd followed by St Austell ,Wadebridge and Wendron

There is no way Ash Bradshaw wont be going there as Craigs Assitant we will see wish Craig all the best hes got a good set of players there already and with Ollie and Neil real quality and with  a few of the Newquay lads no doubt joining Craig i reckon they got to be 1 of the favourites but its got to be Liskeards title this season .

Seen on the St Austell website that Craig Ainsley is the new manager there if this is the case it seems like the dirty has been done on Chris Knight and James Powell after they was announced as the new management team and now they have appointed Ainsley and no doubt his assistants and majority of players will join him because they follow like sheep ,so what is going to happen to the St Austell players that have left Blazey to rejoin St Austell ,no money there lads .
Hopefully Chris Knight and James Powell will be asked to come in and manage Newquay or long shot ex Saltash manager Danny Lewis even heard the best manager there has ever been in Cornwall is looking at getting back into management and not assitant and that is the great Darren Gilbert .
Hope things get sorted out at Newquay soon it seems to be a bloody mess there at the moment

Got to  say well done to Bodmin Manager Dane Bunney for getting out some pre season friendlies his team Bodmin will be playing this summer i have pencilled in 1 for July 4th when newly promoted Truro roll  up at Priory Park ,
Hope to see lots more good ones Wadebridge certainly didnt let me down last summer i just stuck the car on Autopilot and told it to take me to Bodeive Park i am hoping Argyle play somewhere in the County and not up Saltash like they usually do dont think my old car would make it that far ,
