I think LISKEARD will struggle to make the top 4 they have so many injuries and suspensions and yesterday they had Brodie Cole in goal , Callum OBrien at centre half young Finn Bartlett from the reserves at no9 who i rate highly and will go on to a higher level ,also on the bench for Liskeard yesterday where 2 ex G players in Coen Briggs and Connor Mc Carthy i also saw Tyler Elliot was on the bench think hes at Tavistock .

You have got to give Paul Credit for the wonderful work he does at Blazey and got to be the best pitch in the County i will be there next Saturday to see them play Newquay should be a hell of a game looking forward to the battlle in midfield Cam Turner vs River Allen2 of the best passes of the ball in the league and they score pretty good goals as well . Just hope the match goes ahead and is no rained off 
Have a good week everybody and be nice to referees but i agree with the reports about a certain referee he does like dishing the cards and i dont think i have ever seen him have a good game but without them we wouldnt have a match to watch but some do like to use there whistle a lot but the majority of refs i have seen this year have been excellent ,but the 1 at Wadebridge vs Bude was poor he would overule the lady linesperson time afer time

Like the Phoenix the G will rise again bit like myself i have been knocked down so many times but have always risen up i decided to get a Tattoo with the Phoenix rising 
I wonder what will happen to the stand the G have there now and nice dug outs ,such a shame to see the demise of my team they spent a lot of money doing the paths and tarmacking the entrance such a shame after all the hard work that has been put in especially by Tania who worked so hard on the ground .
Hope the Council dont decide to take over the ground and build f---g Flats there maybe some other team could use the pitch like Newquay Academy and save there pitch .
Ok no more on The G but we will be back Tania ,Nigel , Ben and others will not just let the club fade away and die 

Dave and Rappo should get Tania on the Podcast to hear the facts from the Godolphin Legend herself hear so many rumours ,i heard from my friend yesterday that Godolphin had folded and i said he was talking rubbish well he was right and he heard it at Mousehole from fans there . I dont think this will be the end of the G maybe they will go into the ECPL league and start again and rebuild the team and be a sucess like they where .
Feel Sorry for Phil Hiscox now the fixtures will have to be altered and points system adjusted could be a few changes in league posititions i suppose Newquays 8 -2 win will not count now and Jacks 5 goals wont count ,a lot of work ahead for Phil poor bugger .
Got mine and Smokies match sorted for this Saturday if its on Newquay Academy vs Liskeard Reserves should be a good game especialy if Liskeard have young Finn Bartlett in there team i reckon this lad will go far

I thought the club would see the season out but i couldnt see them existing with the atendants they where getting .
This must be heartbreaking for Tanya they are her life and she has worked so hard for the club .

You would of thought Godolphin had 2 differnt teams out in the 1st half and 2 nd 1st half the defence where doing well 2nd half well they where awful ,you would never of thought Jack would get 5 after the start he was having but thats football for you .
Sorry to hear East Kilbride vs Gretna was called off that will teach you going to these Exotic places .

Went up and watched Newquay Academy vs St Blazey Res this afternoon ,Newquay went 1-0 up against the run of play Blazey missed some sitters ,Blazey got some real good youngsters playing for them like Rio Ward Harry Hambly and my MOM  for them was Bailey Trethewey great Cornish name he was class ,for Newquay i thought the captain was very good .
Blazey played some lovely football with such a young team and could of scored more than the 4 they did score ,hope some of these youngsters are given a chance in the 1st team instead of paying out huge sums of money for certain players .
Very pleasant afternoon for watching footy nice and sunny bit nippy but you just wrap up and i was warm as toast Smokie wasnt but he wont wear his coat .
Alex Cole played for Newquay this afternoon and he had a rough afternoon being fouled a lot and taking lots of free kicks .
Got the big local derby on Boxing Day Newquay vs the G I  hope the G can put out  a decent team to compete with Newquay them we will see26th .smokemade a new friend in St Blazey RES MANAGER MARTIN RATCLIFFE 

Newquay had a young team 1 first team player in Alex Cole lots of youngsters playing 

This was a brilliant display by Newquay this afternoon beating Bude 5-2 .
This was a really good game on a bitterly cold afternoon Newquay started on fire and went 1-0 up through Alex Cole i think, then Bude came back with goals from Liam McDonald and Hamish Hudson who was playing really well Tornado was playing really well going at the Newquay defence which held him at bay , Alex Cole who was causing so much problem to the Bude defence and Jake Shaw was doing like wise on the other wing .Alex scored and the score was at 2-2 at Ht but Newquay should of put the game to bed by them missing severel chances and hitting the crossbar and the main culprit was young Jack Rapsey who was working his sox off .
2nd half The Tornado had blown himself out and was just a breeze but Newquay was brilliant Jack Rapsey scored the 1st of his goals even his old man Rappo could of scored with his nackered knees Connor Wharton scored a cracker for Newquay past Bude goalie Tom Coles who i was surprised to see in goal because i have watched young Liam Hill in goal and he has been brilliant not that Coles had much chance with any of the goals .
With time running out and Newquay in complete control Jack Rapsey had another simple goal to add to his earlier tap in but he deserved his goals for all the work he did all afternoon . This was a brilliant performance by Newquay and on this showing they will be heading for 4th spot Alex Cole had a hell of a game but so did Connor Wharton and Noah Teagle who just gets better and better and the defence is just brilliant with the great goalie Harry Ashton behind them and they got the excellent Matt Saunders to come in to the team yet but dont know where he will play this Newquay team is really good .
The ref Paul Kempen and his assitants where really good and you never even noticed them and the game flew by .
Hard Luck on Bude but they have to be congratulated on how well they have done in there 1st season in this league 
My MOM FOR BUDE HAMISH HUDSON AND FOR NEWQUAY THEY WHERE ALL GOOD BUT IM GOING FOR JACK RAPSEY HE HAD PLENTY OF KNOCKS BUT HE WORKED SO MUCH UP FRONT AND SCORED 2 GOALS NEITHER WILL BE GOAL OF THE SEASON BUT HE WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO SCORE THEM .
On this showing im dreading what the score will be when they play Godolphin on Boxing day hopefully the G will be able to put  a team out then after losing so many players

Couldnt be played at Newquay silly Billy they are playing at home to Dobwalls , i know your having a dig at me for saying the G match vs Helston should be played at Newquay i was serious just thought a bigger crowd would be at Newquays ground and its on my doorstep as well 
 

Everyone slagging Bude off i saw them play Wadebridge a few months ago they are not the prettiest team to watch they just give it to Tornado and he just does the rest he never did much here when he was at Newquay or at Blazey or Bodmin but he seems to of found his form at Bude .
Bude have done well so far in the league in there 1st year nearly the whole team is local lads so why slag them off give them a bit of praise they cant be that bad according to there position in the league 

I will be there next Saturday to watch you play Liskeard you already know me i expect im always there with my dog Smokie  i stand near the home dugout top goal ,i have been standing there for many years since it was Lloyd and Bowyer leading the attack for Sticker . The No4 the chap with 1 arm hes a great player i would of given him Mom but the young lad Nancarrow was causing the G PROBLEMS all afternoon hes a good player be interesting to see how he does against Liskeards talented defence .
See you next Saturday if not pouring with rain wont be able to watch all of the game will have to leave before it gets to dark my eyes react badly to strong car headlights all to do with the amount of Radiotherapy i have had but im still here enjoying my local football very much .
