The lads did really good tonight. The effort and quality of play was great to see. We had enough chances to win , but the better team shaded it on the night. Well done lads , outstanding effort. My men of the match - Dawe and Griffiths . Great possitive attitude from the bench , well done Management team.

Shane is a good guy and a great player, if he decides to play again ,I would love to see him back at Parkway.

Plymouth Parkway 1 Falmouth 0. A slightly changed side today from the defeat at Bovey in midweek. Parkway had many good chances to win this by a much bigger score , but did not have their scoring boots on today. An improved performance on Wednesdays nightmare , but they will have to improve if they want to get the second spot at the end of the season. Not sure why, but the Parkway confidence is low. We have had some great results this season and played some good football. Worthy of the win today , so well done lads. My man of the match was Chris Clarke ( probably his best performance in a Parkway shirt ). I was impressed by the attitude of the Falmouth bench , as they were very positive and supportive of their team. Falmouth never gave up and fought hard .

Copper was not fully fit . The fit striker was the second team striker.

I was not expecting that score. Thought the Parkway line up was a bit strange when I saw John Heveran as centre forward and a perfectly fit striker on the bench ? Not sure why you would take probably the best centre back in the league and put him up front , perhaps the score reflects that. Bovey were sharper , better organised and right in the Parkways face. That was a poor performance by Parkway last night and Bovey fully deserved the points. One strange thing , was when the Parkway skipper asked the ref if he could leave the field of play to have a dump...... lol. Now nick named " Shitter Stringer "................ lmao. In all fairness Stringer was probably the only Parkway player who stood up all game an was counted. The pasty was good ( hot ) but good , the company was good , the Bovey performance was good and the result was bad. Well done Bovey , possibly the best team performance I have seen this season. ( very good report by Bovey 1 also ).
