  1. I couldn't get there today but it sounds like Truro dominated, hit post, disallowed goal and Eastbpurne had one shot on goal and scored. Good attendance again today 1,641. There's very few Truro supporters come on here cos after enduring years of 'Truro bashing' they've gone elsewhere. After 17 years on this forum I'm sticking with it. 😁
  2. Good win for Truro. Sounds like an eventful match. I'm told the attendance was 278.
  3. Disappointing away defeat at Bath tonight drops Truro down to 7th place in the table.
  4. Yes, losing 1 - 0 until about 3 or 4 minutes to the end and then sub Tyler Harvey scores 2 to seal the 3 points. Takes City to 3rd in the table a place above Torquay. Today's attendance 1,479.
  5. Ian Pethick.... just for your information the 2021 census gives Truros population as 23,000+ and Kenwyns population as 7,000+. Kenwyn is effectively part of Truro- Langarth, Truro college and even Truro hospital are all in Kenwyn so Truro's real population is 30,000+. Cornwalls population is about 550,000 roughly the same as Bristol sustain 2e they manage to sustain 2 EFL clubs and a whole host of non league clubs. I think there potential to grow Truro's attendances without impacting on other Cornish clubs.
  6. City's summer signings are shaping up really well with signs of real quality particularly Kabia, Sanogo and Oxlade-Chamberlain.
  7. Sorry I missed it today. 5 goals without reply. City scorers Dean, Sanogo and a hat trick from Jaze Kabia. Attendance 1,564
  8. First win in the new stadium for Truro. Losing 1 - 0 after the first half City scored 3 in the second half to seal the 3 points. Goal from Senogo and 2 from Tyler Harvey. Attendance 1,508
  9. And 2 ex-City players scoring in Torquays awY win at Bath last night.... Ed Palmer and Cody Cooke.
  10. A good away point for City at Salisbury. Ryan Law scoring early in the first half and Salisbury equalising with a penalty in the 72nd minute.
  11. First match under the new floodlights for Truro. Parking still as usual in the Park and Ride for evening matches.
  12. attendance 2,382. On the nls score site it gave the scorer as Tyler Harvey but I've just read the match report on the TCFC website and that says it was scored by Jaze Kabia.
  13. Great away win for City at one of the promotion favourites Maidstone. 1st half goal from Oxlade-Chamberlain and a 2nd goal late in the game from Tyler Harvey to seal the 3 points.
  14. Firstly I will say I agree with a lot that's said above but after 'my club' has been homeless for 4 years I am seeing g far more positives than negatives. Given the amount of people who turned up I think the Club's organisation was excellent in terms of preparation, turnstiles, stewarding, food and drink outlets etc. This is just phase 1, there is more to follow and we will have a set-up to be proud of. I am hoping among the early priorities will be an improvement/increase in seating, cover and PA system. It is early days and it will all come in time. For me, so far it's well done TCFC.
