Perranporth AFC Appoint New First Team Manager – Official Statement

Perranporth AFC are delighted to announce the appointment of Mick Lane as first team manager for the 2010/11 season. Mick will be stepping up from reserve team manager where last season he guided them to a league and cup double and Perranporth AFC wish him the best of luck for the forthcoming season.

Perranporth AFC would also like to thank Ian Gosling and Steve Rowson for their hard work over the last two seasons and wish them well for the future.

And he gets to start early as Perranporth take on the Royal Marines in the SWPL Charity Vase on Sunday 1st August 2010!

As SWPL Division 1 West champions, they play SWPL Division 1 East champions Royal Marines. To be played at Tavistock AFC and will kick off at 12.00noon. Admission will be £4.00 for adults and £2.00 for consessions with proceeds going to the league benevolent fund.
