Alfonso
Tuesday: SWPL Premier: Torpoint Athletic v Liskeard Athletic Saltash United v Wadebridge Town Launceston v Witheridge Buckland Athletic v Plymouth Parkway Result from Homers Heath Buckland 2 Parkway 4 Parkway deserved their win in this top of the table clash at Homers Half time 0 - 2 parkway. Bucks came out stronger in the second half and pulled it back to 2 - 2 with 2 headed goals from Booth and Lewis Parkway went down to 10 men for an alledged smack in the face . Parkway went 3 - 2 up where i think hobbs got the 3rd a penalty by parkway finished the scoring when Mosely who had brought a forward down and was shown the red card for being the last man to even it up 10 a piece, Hobbs put the penalty away to end the scoring 4 -2 Good attendance over 200 on clear and bright night at the heath. Better than watching that shower of s. . t on the tv.

The Red Viking
What a great result for Parkway, sounds like a battle....but this opens up the league.... now Parkway head to Falmouth on Saturday, they should be too strong for a Falmouth team which has a glass jaw at the back.... Mr Massey will not mention this on his mutterings....didnt mention last loss ..... Mr Smug.....a new mr Man character is born....

Thought Glynn Hobbs was the difference between the two teams, he was fantastic. I think we were a bit naive when we got back to 2-2 and should have concentrated on not conceding instead of going gung ho to get the winner. Good luck to Parkway, well played. I think its going to be a great season of football.

Att 83 (headcount on 40mins, not the one done after just 13mins by club and witnessed by SWPL, which said something silly on the 60's) Not a great game but better than the 30mins of England rubbish we saw afterwards. 3 points is what it is all about though, so well done again Jim and the boys. Have to admit I was surprised to see them doing a head count when surely the easiest way would be to count them in through the turnstile! Also disappointed to see the programme notes from the Judge - time to move on from the Poltair incident.

Guest Uncle Albert
Bodmin 3 Falmouth 2. Jack Bartlett gave Bodmin a 14th minute lead but Falmouth went on to dominate the first half, and will wonder how they failed to at least equalise before the break. The now-customary half-time rollicking from Darren Gilbert revived Bodmin and they were the better side for the first half hour of the second half, increasing their lead with goals from Danny O'Hagan (60) and Mark Berry (76). To their credit Falmouth never gave up and set piece goals from Jon Ludlam (80) and Mark Vercesi (90+1) set up a tense last couple of minutes. Falmouth played for all but six minutes of the second half with ten men after Ryan Bushby was shown a straight red card for a professional foul, denying O'Hagan a clear scoring opportunity by bringing him down when he was about to shoot into an empty net from 20 yards.
