Guest Uncle Albert
Parkway 1 Bodmin 1 Parkway took the lead after 87 minutes with a controversial goal from former Bodmin striker Glynn Hobbs, who appeared to shoulder barge a Bodmin player to the ground before firing past Kevin Miller. But Bodmin were level two minutes later when stand-in skipper Tom Chambers rose to head home Steve Colwell's corner. It seemed a fair result after Parkway had been by far the better side in the first half, while Bodmin dominated much of the second half. Bodmin were without captain Steve Simmonds and top scorer Chris Luxton (suspended), while Danny Bance injured his knee in the warm-up and Craig Swiggs limped out of the action midway through the second half. Darren Gilbert will be hoping they are all available again for Saturday's visit of Buckland to Priory Park.

Home Waters
Parkway took the lead after 87 minutes with a controversial goal from former Bodmin striker Glynn Hobbs, who appeared to shoulder barge a Bodmin player to the ground before firing past Kevin Miller. So both goals were controversial then, prior to the ball entering the net, as Lee Doel was pushed to the ground ( not by a shoulder charge) as he tried to clear, which led him to skew the ball for a corner from which Bodmin scored. GUINESS
Uncle Albert interested to note that player unavailblity was the reason cited that Bodmin did not get the result they wanted. No mention of the fact that Parkway were also wihout their influential captain Will Stringer 100 goal striker Andy Sargent both injured and Jimmy Alexder suspended. But enough action to keep the 305 spectators enthralled to the end. razzer
Neither goals were Controversial Glynn used his strength and Tom climbed well with a great header, no excuses from us at all as a team, personally I think 1-1 was a fair result both teams cagey as neither could afford to lose and let buckland bak in the door, big game for us Saturday against buckland Razza

razzer
Haha it wasnt a comment meant like that if either of us lost last night especially us then it would put buckland back in the driving seat that's what was meant by that comment cheers Razza
