Fingers R Us
The weather is coming in cold again next week, forecast down to -2 or -3 at Verwood. I think that is very much in doubt again, it properbley be next Saturday maybe if the weather forecast is better. But I can't see this game being on this side of christmas. Oh well, need to find a game to watch, and get my weekly fix of football.
paul white
must say surprised as weather improved and forcast 6/7c today early pitch inspection bound to be frosty/frozen big doubt for weds with forcast, i think the vase cost parkway a title tilt last season due to backlog of games will it do the same to bodmin/torpoint with both teams still in vase/throgmorton/county cups
Andy Yeatman
Not really surprised. The last cold spell was long and hard and ground temperatures are not recovering as quickly as air temperatures. My sister in law lives in Verwood and the football pitch looks a cold spot in frosty weather. Might not completely thaw out before the cold sets in again during the week.
