Eric Fish
Can't believe the game between Tavi and Bodmin was Off yesterday. I was in Tavvi all day and althought I could not get on the ground I can't believe the game was called off by 11.00 o'clock there was still 2 hours to go before any player would have needed to start to travel. A lot of forking can be done in 2 hrs. I ask a question are teams/clubs afraid to get their pitches cut up and create more work for the groundsman?? Football is a winter sport and as long as a ball can roll on a pitch, it must be playable unless it is frost!!! Come the end of the season some teams will need to play at least 3 games a week to finish the leaque and cup programmes WHO IS CALLING THE GAMES OFF THE CLUBS OR THE REFS - I think it is the clubs putting pressure on the refs, because I'm sure the Tavvi pitch was playable
