Team Rep Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 Well done to Camelford today for their excellent comeback and win in the Charity Vase. The Camels went in at half-time 0 - 2 down, but came out in the second half scoring two quick goals through Josh Insley and Ryan Pooley, to bring the score-line level. Liverton edged ahead with a third goal only for Camelford to reply brilliantly with Ryan Pooley's second of the game. . Full time 3 - 3. Camelford went on to win the penalty shoot-out by 6 goals to 5, their scorers being, Kevin Murt, Josh Insley, Marc Gusterson, Paul Menhinick, Ryan Pooley and Lewis Impleton. An entertaining final from start to finish with the Camels taking the cup back to Cornwall. A good start to the new season, WELL DONE! * Many congratulations to Marc Gusterson and his wife on the new arrival of their baby daughter Isla.
