RobinVanParkway
Saltash thourghly deserved their 3 goal lead at half time after making a mockery of the Parkway defence time and time again. But whatever was said to the lads in yellow during the break, certainly hit home. Parkway re-emerged a totally different side. Danny Brooks, who by his standards was quiet in the first half, came alive, and along with Cracky and Lee Doel in the middle of the park, began to dominate. The introduction of Chris Wright at half time provided the Saltash defence with yet another speedy forward to contend with, as if Glyn Hobbs and new signing Ben Joyce wasn’t enough. A fantastic hatrick from Hobbs and a sweet finish from Joyce gave Parkway all three points and must have left Saltash shell-shocked.
