Some of the football played tonight was very good. A great confidence boost going into saturdays F.A cup match against Saltash. 20 plus St Blazey fans there tonight but many who have stayed away have missed a very good performance. Get out and enjoy some local football. Well done to Joe Knight. 2 goals tonight and 3 for the season. Should put his transfer value up to 9 million. Torpoint got back into the game in the second half and scored a late leveller on the 87th minute from Darren Hicks, we pushed forward and had a number of chances to nick the 3 points, but any way we are off the mark with a goal and point. Paul Posted August 19, 2011 Report Share Posted August 19, 2011 Saturday was a bit of a shocker what with Argyles result and St Blazey loosing. No expectations at all for either side this season. Survival is the aim and hopefully a few decent results throughtout the season. It was great to see St Blazey fighting all the way on wednesday night. Really hard game tomorrow against Saltash.
