Daily Observer
Will Hodges turn up for this game? Heard he was expected at Cullompton on Saturday, but couldn't be bothered with the travelling!
mikesrep
Only one winner here - a team that scored freely this season verses a strikeforce that couldn't hit a barn door from 10 feet!
High and Wide
Has anyone got into the live feed yet? mine is on standby mode...
SimonL
Yeah sorry High and Wide went down to Bickland Park tonight but the mobile broadband wouldn't connect to the internet. Strange as it is the first time I have had problems with it at Bickland. Will have to try and get it sorted for when I cover the Penryn v Newquay game at the weekend. Falmouth won the match 4-3. They scored early on after Dan Magee crossed for Karl Turner to prod a close range shot home. Launceston equalised shortly after, before Vercesi played in Turner again and he shot across the keeper to give Falmouth Town a 2-1 half-time lead. Ian Hodges was substituted at half time with a hamstring injury. Town then went 3-1 and 4-2 up before a long range shot from a Launceston midfielder set up a tense last few minutes. Mark Hollands came on up front for Hodges in the second half and put in an excellent performance. He got one of the two second half goals. I will post a full match report and Alan Carey's reaction on the Packet.co.uk/sport tomorrow. Again sorry for anybody who tried and failed to follow the live feed. Deano
Agree with the comments about Matt Hollands, looked a natural up front. A good game for the neutral and I also had Internet problems with my phone at Bickland this evening
