Should be a good game, we met TUFC in this round last year and with them being without a game that weekend Paul Buckle fielded no fewer than 7 full time pros. Nick Pope Posted February 21, 2012 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2012 PLYMOUTH ARGYLE HOST ELBURTON VILLA WITH BOWL SEMI-FINAL PLACE AT STAKE Plymouth Argyle entertain Carlsberg South West Peninsula League Premier Division outfit Elburton Villa tonight in the quarter-finals of the Westinsure Devon St Luke's Bowl (7pm). The game is at Home Park as Elburton's Haye Road does not have floodlights, leaving them to forfeit home advantage. Argyle will be making a final decision on their squad at lunchtime today, but it is expected fringe first team players and apprentices will make up their side. Elburton have brothers Jason and Jordan Trott, the latter a former professional at Home Park, returning after missing the victory over Witheridge, but striker Sam Stevens is cup-tied. The winners of tonight's game face a trip to Ladysmead to take on Southern League outfit Tiverton Town in the semi-finals. Admission tonight is priced £4 for adults and £2 for cocessions.
