Mike Odgers
Falmouth without a win in their last 6 games-Penzance without a win intheir last 8 games Not only will the "Magpies" be up against it with a crippling injury list but travelling to Falmouth is not one of their "happy hunting" venues since 1950 in 65 League/Cup matches at (Union Corner/Ashfield and Bickland Park) only 6 victories have been recorded. Reminder 11-00am Kick Off

Aberfalman
Falmouth 9 Penzance 2 ht 5-0 Record score for Falmouth in the Peninsula League I see it's knocked Bodmin's 7-0 off the best home win of the season on the SWPL site. The best away win has also changed to Town's win at St. Blazey. It was showing Buckland's 8-1 win. Maybe it alternates. Made a change for the opposition to be even more depleted than Town. Unlucky Penzance.
John Mead
Eight of the Penzance "normal" starting line-up are (still) injured, one was ill, one on holiday and one working. Thankfully we have an enthusiastic, talented and loyal group of youngsters within the Club; unfortunately, too many of them playing together at this level is not good for anyone. Cullompton away on Easter Monday, followed by Dartmouth away next Saturday - two long trips we could do without following a 9 - 2 pasting but certainly a good test of the players' resilience!
