Darin Morse
Foxhole 4 Biscovey 1 Wednesday 1st August 2012 Foxhole's misfiring forwards eventually found their range to ultimately record a convincing victory but the new look team, fielding just two of last season's squad, had to recover from going behind on 21 minutes when Hughes' speculative effort was deflected past a helpless Stone off the heel of a home defender. Robinson had already squandered a number of chances for the Foxes but his strike partner Dingle was to level 6 minutes after the break with a fine chip into the top corner. Biscovey wilted visibly in the latter stages and Robinson's persistence saw him net after 82 and 86 minutes before Morcom's screamer 2 minutes from time recalled fond memories of past glories. Foxhole (4-4-2): Kai Stone; Ben Gillard, Ben Thomas, Richard Faircloth, James Robins; Ben Bould, Steve Heap, Martin Davy, Chris Kellow; Chris Dingle, Jamie Robinson. Sub: Kevin Morcom. Biscovey (4-4-2): Chris Brown; Daniel Allen, Ashley Taylor, Sam Haynes, Martyn Jones; Joe Hughes, Geoff Angilley, James Cockley, Mark Williams; Josh Hammond, Dominic Ede. Subs: Callum Tregidgo, Toby Wellington, Ben Mavriano, Martin Southgate. Referee: Mr Adam Hagley (Par).
