Team Rep
Camelford 6 - 3 Falmouth Camels scorers: Kyle Flew 2, Andy Boxall and Mark Gusterson hat-trick (2 pens). Could have been in double figures for the Camels tonight. Falmouth goalie lucky to stay on pitch!
Dudas
Is it me or is the competitiveness of league deminishing? Every week I come on the forum to keep in touch with Cornish football and I am reading results of 5,6,7,8..........9 across Premier and Div 1. Tony
Excellent attacking performance from St.Austell - also hit the woodwork 3 times
Can't keep up?!
Holsworthy 0 - 9 Wadebridge Scoreline paints the picture really. Decent performance by Bridge today, Holsworthy were poor. Dan Jennings bagged 5 goals (and had to be taken off after 65 minutes for injury), Liam Ames 2, Shane Looker 1 and Gyles Reynolds 1. Callington away this Saturday a much tougher test. BIG AL
Apart from Bodmin the standard of football is generally poor. The best football is played where the most money is being paid to the players !
budetownfcbicks
The standard of the bottom 4 or 5 in the SWPL West is really poor, just look at the Goal Difference! -133, -90, -65 etc! The league's seem to need a good shake up, you could quite easily bring 4/5 from Combo and ECPL to make it more competitive! Teams never seem to get relegated these days because of one reason or another, usually due to teams dropping out or other numbers not adding up!! I am not disputing it happens in the pro leagues as well. It was merely a question of interest. I have only caught one game this season so cannot really comment myself. I may be mistaken but I don't recall seeing so many high scoring defeats throughout the leagues on such a regular basis. I know every year there are one or two teams that struggle but it seems to have extended to four or five. Like I say it's only a question made from looking at the results every week and people watching will probably have a fairer opinion
TheolderIgetthebetterIwas
The introduction of the pyramid system has diluted all the leagues. Too many teams/leagues, not enough players, with a lot of players in leagues above their ability.

Will Dan Jennings be on the move to the Premier Division this summer ? Seems like a bit of a hot property that Wadebridge will do well to hang on to .
