Paul
If St Blazey do win tomorrow a new ground to visit would be better than playing teams you visit each season so id have to hope Bridport win but cant see it happening myself. Ian Pethick
Parkway 4 Bridport 2 ( HT 2-1 ) ( Parkway Scorers - Levi Landricombe 3 , Ryan Richards) The Parkway bandwagon rolls on with 8 games played and 8 games won . Levi Landricombe found his range after one or two misses to bag a couple with smart finishes to put Parkway in control ,only for Bridport to score from a very harshly awarded penalty after Will Stringer was adjudged to have handled . Levi completed his hat trick soon after the break , before a lengthy injury delay (while the referee received treatment prior to being forced off) seemed to take the momentum out of the home sides performance . Bridport pulled it back to 3-2 after a spell of pressure after the restart , but a superb Ben Elphick save ,and then a deserved goal for Ryan Richards after Gavin Coulton had strode out of the defence on the break ,restored the 2 goal advantage and sent Parkway through to the next round of the Vase . THE BALD ONE
Good performance today by Parkway. A well deserved win. My man of the match was Danny Lewis. Non stop quality and effort all match, Fantastic save by Elphick in goal towards the end if the game. Well done lads. Next stop FA cup.
