After their mid-week humiliation it will be interesting to see how Launceston react to coming to the Mighty G....another hat full of goals me thinks :yahoo:

Well according to the fixtures Launceston are at St Austell and Liskeard are at Godolphin so wont be scoring many against them this week

OOOOps......tail between legs.

Score is correct.

SWPL Record

Crowd got their monies worth today, goal every 4 mins ish.

Livertons goalkeeper will will be out injured next game........ With a bad back after picking the ball out the back of the onion bag so often.

Did they actually have a full team?

At least they played the fixture and give them credit the manager walked out last season with all the players and Liverton is only a small village so it can't be easy

Perranporth 5-0 Holsworthy

Paul Robertson x 3

Craig Barclay

Ed Wilton

No excuses for the result as for the third time in as many away games half our team left their football heads on the bus.

Such a disappointment after the previous two wins, but if on the day you can't even get the basics right you are on a hiding to nothing.

Perranporth's two strikers ran us ragged at regular intervals.....Very impressed with Paul Robertson (and not just cause he scored a hat trick) and on the whole, the home side wanted it more.

Well done Carl Rickard opening his Godolphin account with a brace on his debut. I predict Carl will push the top goalscorers in the Prem this season, possibly even top goalscorer as he will suit the Godolphin style of play .

I agree mate, they create so many chances and he's a quality finisher he will do well

Good result for Penryn yesterday .It was a hard scrappy game in parts with Truro conceding a lot free kicks , but on chances created Penryn hit the post twice and Luke made a great save from Hobbs after the break also we felt Chinner should have had a penalty in the first half .Now unbeaten in 5 and with the addition of Frazier to the squad things are looking good for lads .Good luck to Truro for the rest of the season.

But Liverton were never likely to improve. Others were.

Sure, but how many of us imagined that Godolphin would not only reach the Premier Division, but find themselves doing rather well in it, too? Their ground isn't the most impressive in the Peninsula League by a long chalk, but given time it will probably improve. All credit to them, and hopefully they will carry on doing well.

And all credit to Liverton for turning out against all the odds. It's pretty demoralizing being in the situation they are in at the moment, as the followers and players of several clubs in this county know only too well.

Helston 2 Dobwalls 3

Great result Al. Did you have a full squad this week?

Went down with a just 11 players due to a berevement, injuries and work commitments. Everbody worked their !!!!!! off and was prob our best display of the season playing some really good football and keeping our composure when needed. (I think they had 7 booked) A very happy 150 mile round trip
