Ian Pethick Posted November 23, 2013 Report Share Posted November 23, 2013 Vospers Oak Villa 1 Parkway 7 ( HT 1-3) ( Will Stringer 2 ,Danny Lewis 3 , Levi Landricombe , Ryan Richards ) Potential "banana skin" for Parkway against a Vospers side that were run by the management team behind last years East Cornwall League championship winning Parkway Seconds , and also contained many of the players from that side . Vospers equalised after roughly 15 minutes following Will Stringers early penalty , causing a wobbly 10 minutes or so when a few of the home fans must have started dreaming of a giant killing . Danny Lewis bagged a couple just before half time to give the match a more re-assuring feel from the Parkway point of view , and completed his hat trick just after the restart . Further goals from Levi Landricombe ,Ryan Richards and Stringer sealed an ultimately straightforward victory . Credit must go to a Vospers side that kept going to the end and created a few decent chances . Yes, last evening it was very difficult getting on the site. It's a good healthy site though when you compare it with some other sites that seem to struggle for participants. Debate and banter, plus some good intelligent conversation keeps the site alive and interesting! Well done to our administrators and all who take part ! i find every saturday evening is an 'alligator error page' , not a lot of posters but always alot of watchers. Red card all day long!!i was just repeating what he said. As you rightly said, he was questioning the Assistants integrity. That word is more offensive to a match official than any word you can think of. One small point, he shouldn't have been shown a red card, (if indeed he was.)
