hoppit Posted August 9, 2014 Report Share Posted August 9, 2014 Enjoyable game last night what with G's good home form and Camels suffering from the annual "can't play today going to boardmasters syndrome", I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. G's passing game was by enlarge "gone missing" probably due to Camels hustle and bustle attitude. G scored good opener after six minutes but Camels soon equalised through Farbrother who is surely the quickest player in the league, shear pace got the goal. Lowry then had a tap in after Camels goalie dropped the ball on his toe. Second half much the same with the two contrasting styles cancelling each other out, the only goal coming again from Farbrother who had a tap in after good work from another newcomer Ben Ringrose, who was impressive throughout. A draw was probably the right result although Balsdon hit the crossbar with a minute to go, having said that, G missed a couple as well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
