Tom Trust
Cracking game for the home fan or neutral! 10 goals in their 1st 2 games: not bad, but Perran were dire. Good crowd, too, around 100 according to my head-count. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Halfback
Another good result from Oxland Park, totally controlled the game against a good Perranporth team .
stokefan1
Thought Illogan were superb, After the 3rd goal went in, the floodgates really opened and could of been more than 6-1 to be honest. Illogan have kept most of last years squad and in dom batchelor, josh hoon, and tom smith who were all awesome tonight have a squad capable of giving the best teams in the league a real game especially at oxland, it will be tough their for anyone to go and win with the support they have, and the strength of squad A special mention to luke johnson of illogan best player on pitch tonight out of both sides, scored 3 made 2 for simon ellis, absaloute quality and in him illogan have a out and out match winner and goalscorer. Best of luck to illogan saturday, good to see team in camborne/redruth area really succeeding in peninsula league, long way to go yet though with some real tough games coming soon

Jamo
Delighted with our win tonight , Perran obviously lost a few players but doing the right thing and rebuilding with young local lads, can only be good for team spirit in the future once they find their feet! Great bunch of lads off the pitch as well, was nice to share a few drinks and a chat after the game, some of them are still there lol, all the best to you guys from all of us at Illogan

Mclefc
You fully deserved your win tonight Jamo and as I said in the club after you'll turn a fair few sides over this season. Good luck for the season, especially at Vospers on Saturday... Never an easy place to go and get a result!

TinMan99
Good result for illogan no surprise really been a good side for along time plus with Simon Ellis as there captain they have a leader that won't let standards drop. My only thing is they should of went up about 5-6 years ago to show how good they are but there doing it now!! Good luck to illogan this season. Halfback
Great atmosphere at the club, mikey has the team playing as a team, couldn't have wished for a better start. There are no easy games in this league, certainly noticed the higher standard of football, but to be fair, in the two games played so far, Illogan hav,nt turned up just to make up the numbers, playing to there own strengths , only one result in mind !,, best of luck for the season fellas .
