Henning Berg
Excited for this one, think this game holds much more meaning that last years fixtures as it should be a close one. Few players lining up against their former clubs too so I'm hoping this will be a spectacle
CTID
Do you think they will revert to playing their best two up front, or continue this rotational malarky. It cant be good for morale of the Strikers. Levi and Rocky up front for me.
THE BALD ONE
I would not like to have to make that decision. All proven goalscores. Thought Mike Landricombe center mid was a good move last game. Strong attacking and defending player. Great engine too. 2 - 1 Parkway for me. CTID
100% agree. Mike has been the best player so far this season for Parkway. Not sure its really true that Ryan Richards is a proven goalscorer in the same vien as Landricombe and Neal. I heard someone in the crowd against Witheridge saying they remembered a couple of seasons ago when a young Levi left Tavistock because he was played on the left side of midfield. Hope thats not the case again. Fingers crossed.
Ian Pethick
Ryan and Levi are different types of players. Levi does the spectacular, Ryan is the poacher.
PUGWASH
Surely with Levis speed he would make a brilliant winger. Then you could have Neale and Richards up front.
pastyman
Friday night football at Bolitho park is well worth a visit. I am expecting a fiery event tonight and the result to go in Parkways favour. Hope the Referee is upto the job tonight, as he will need to be. Ian Pethick
Parkway 2 ( Trott,Krac) Bodmin 2 ( Carter 2) (HT 2-0) Fantastic game of football on a perfect surface in front of a large crowd, but this will feel like two points dropped rather than a point gained for Parkway against a Bodmin side that resiliently held onto their unbeaten start. Parkway took the lead with a Jordan Trott penalty after 16 minutes, and got the second that their play deserved just before the break when Shane Krac drove his shot home. Even after the interval Parkway still looked the better side with Andrew Neale and Ryan Richards a constant threat up front , and Krac and Michael Landricombe dominating the middle of the park. When Adam Carter calmly converted his penalty to cut the arrears the game seemed to change and Parkway then began to drop deeper and make unforced errors, when Shane Jewell was sent off to reduce the visitors to 10 men ,this seemed to add to the nervous feeling as Parkway often struggle against teams that have been depleted. The warning signs were there as Josh Colwill pulled off a couple of decent saves with Bodmin pushing forward, before Carter shook off the attentions of Gavin Coulton and John Heveran for about the first time in the match , and found himself in space to turn and finish past Colwill with just minutes remaining. Dave Deacon
Good account I would say. Have to say at one stage in the second half I couldn't really see Bodmin scoring. However the penalty gave them belief and what a well taken equaliser by Adam Carter! Although Shane Krac's goal in the first half was sweetly struck too. mockey jackson
Unfortunately all the talk was about parkways current strikers and it was their ex striker who came up with the goods 2 points dropped as far as I'm concerned
PUGWASH
Enjoyed this one last night. Good game and I think the correct result in the end. Carter comes back to haunt Parkway. Saw some old aquaintences too , they did not look too happy . Got to admit the Parkway setup was looking good. Bench not too noisey either. Probably in shock from throwing away a 2 nil lead. CTID
Good game to watch, think Parkway deserved to win, thought Jamie Bass was outstanding and it looked like Shane Krac is getting back to his normal self. Question: Why take Rocky off he was the one that looked most likely to score.
leedsunited
Would of taken a point before kick off, & at 2-0 down would of bite your arm off for it
