teflon123
Little bit of pressure on Parkway to get a result tonight.Poor start at home on Friday night and now another home game against a side that took a point of Bodmin on Saturday is not ideal.Could be a cracker and looking forward to watching an entertaining game. teflon123
Good performance from Parkway tonight and put Fridays result to bed.Expected more from Witheridge but take nothing away form Parkway, solid performance and a good result. rocky170267
Played similar to friday night but the chances were going in ! Parkway rarely change game plan but this time the luck was with us. Up to 6th
THE BALD ONE
I liked the look of the Levi / Sam Hughes partnership. Colwell and Hart controlled the game in midfield. Good solid team performance.
leedsunited
Did Witheridge have a full side out for this fixture or was it a typical early season midweek scratch side? I only ask this as last weekend Witheridge seemed a well organised, tight, well disciplined side, to go & concede 8 goals 3 days later gives me doubts it was the same team. Not that i care, just baffled me!
THE BALD ONE
Got to admit , I was thinking the same.
rocky170267
Either that or we are one hell of a lot better than Bodmin this season !!We had a few missing too but they were weak on the night. I guess if you work all day then travel all the way to plymouth then you half expect a bad night. I think they will still be a force at home this season
JB City
I liked the look of the Levi / Sam Hughes partnership. Colwell and Hart controlled the game in midfield. Good solid team performance.I was at the match on Tuesday evening and can agree with all the comments above. There are a few unsung heroes from the night namely Rubén Kane and Jordan Trott. Both worked as hard as anyone and never made a mistake. The subs that came on at half time also gave Witheridge problems. The performance was similar to the Gudolphin game but on Tuesday the first three chances went in whereas against Gudolphin the goalkeeper was outstanding. My opinion was Witheridge lost heart after half time when they had two chances saved by Ben Elphick and went straight up the other end and scored. Parkway will be up challenging and the defeat against Gudolphin may have gave them the reminder they needed.
