Jeff's Telling
An unexpected result, but given the weather this winter leading to so many postponements, and the apparent need to get games finished early in May, there will no doubt be many games where teams travel to rearranged with weakened squads, leading to odd results.... A lot of clubs will have this problem Dave, always happens this time of year. If it works in your favour then great, if not hard luck!
Bazzer
What was the G,s team any body know?
100%cornish
Saving the players for the Easter Monday final vs Bodmin and i expect most of the G lads where at church or being dragged around Trago Mills with there missus . Why would they want to risk injury or suspension and miss the show piece final the G have got enough players out already got the good friday match vs local rivals at Newquay but dont expect a full strength G side but it will still be a tough game . What the hell is going on at Mt Wise players are leaving left right and centre they get hammered by St Blazey the team just seems to be in a mess at the moment my old man and grand dad would be turning in there graves if they could see the club struggling like they are
Paul
And to think a Stoke Gabriel players kicked up a right stink on twitter with Phil Hiscox about this game being played on a Sunday. Haven't heard his nonsense today.

Taniachairmangodolphin
When we had the G,s 1st team keeper playing up front no disrespect to Shaun we was a little short and our manager as our only sub who had to come on but at least we fulfilled the fixture and thank you to stoke Gabriel for your hospitality

Taniachairmangodolphin
Our club has 5 first team players out with injures and players working not always easy to put a full squad out as I said proud of the boys for fulfilling the fixture

Guest
I know the Reserves are in the Duchy League (aka junior football), why not give some of them an experience of Peninsula League football, even if it's just a place on the bench? Taniachairmangodolphin
Thank you Leedsunited pleased we fulfilled the fixture gutted couldn't get more second team boys to play glad my son our regular 1st team goalie missed scoring at the end or wow we would have never heard the end of it?? Paul
I can just imagine St Austell having to play one game to win the league and then the opponents turned up with a bare 11 and most of them second teamers, St Austell win easy and pip Bodmin to the league by 1 point. You would be bringing that up every week Leeds United.
leedsunited
If it happens it happens Paul!! Your only biting as it may affect you in your Relegation dogfight! You wont mind if you play a side that accomodates Blazey like that & you get the points. Although in recent weeks you have played some good sides away & got some points
