Dave Deacon
Another big night in the relegation battle. this is how it looks going into the games with three of the bottom five in action. A win for Camelford could lift them out of trouble, while St Blazey are back at the bottom, even though their recent results. Lots of games left and no doubt with the fixtures crammed in, lots of strange results to come! 16 Callington 26 5 8 13 41 61 -20 23 17 Camelford 26 5 8 13 31 65 -34 23 18 Stoke Gabriel 28 6 4 18 47 53 -6 22 19 Elburton 27 5 4 18 26 81 -55 19 20 St Blazey 26 5 3 18 35 82 -47 18 Premier Division: 7.30pm Camelford P-P Godolphin Atlantic Elburton Villa 0-2 Witheridge St Blazey 3-2 Saltash United --------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Bodmin 25 21 4 0 103 27 76 67 2 St Austell 27 22 1 4 84 32 52 67 3 Tavistock 29 15 5 9 68 38 30 50 4 Godolphin 28 14 6 8 56 39 17 48 5 Ivybridge 31 14 5 12 61 52 9 47 6 Parkway 23 14 4 5 58 26 32 46 7 Helston 27 12 5 10 46 44 2 41 8 Witheridge 26 11 8 7 48 55 -7 41 9 Exmouth 29 13 2 14 56 64 -8 41 10 Launceston 33 8 16 9 42 47 -5 40 11 Falmouth 28 11 6 11 44 45 -1 39 12 Torpoint 28 10 7 11 43 49 -6 37 13 Saltash 26 10 4 12 39 35 4 34 14 Cullompton 27 9 6 12 49 54 -5 33 15 Newquay 26 8 4 14 34 61 -27 28 16 Callington 26 5 8 13 41 61 -20 23 17 Camelford 26 5 8 13 31 65 -34 23 18 Stoke Gabriel 28 6 4 18 47 53 -6 22 19 St Blazey 27 6 3 18 38 84 -46 21 20 Elburton 28 5 4 19 26 83 -57 19 --------------------------------------------------------------- Division One East: 7.30pm Budleigh Salterton 2-2 Liverton United Tiverton Town P-P University of Exeter 1 Tiverton 23 19 4 0 56 15 41 61 2 St Martins 25 15 6 4 59 30 29 51 3 University 24 14 5 5 59 36 23 47 4 Teignmouth 22 13 6 3 46 23 23 45 5 Galmpton 24 13 3 8 54 44 10 42 6 Axminster 28 12 3 13 59 56 3 39 7 Alphington 26 11 4 11 48 46 2 37 8 NASpurs 22 11 3 8 52 38 14 36 9 Appledore 22 9 7 6 43 33 10 36 10 Budleigh 25 10 4 11 46 43 3 34 11 Exwick 25 10 4 11 39 55 -16 34 12 Brixham 28 10 3 15 59 55 4 33 13 Sidmouth 23 10 1 12 51 48 3 31 14 Crediton 22 9 3 10 43 47 -4 30 15 Bovey 26 7 3 16 46 64 -18 24 16 Liverton 24 5 5 14 35 59 -24 20 17 Tots&Darts 22 5 2 15 30 66 -36 17 18 Okehampton 25 0 4 21 27 94 -67 0 ---------------------------------------------------------------

Paul
St Blazey 3v2 Saltash. Another huge 3 points tonight against all the odds. With St Blazeys keeper unable to make it tonight, up stepped one of our defenders to take the gloves. And what a cracking job he did. A few great saves through out the game. Tornado scored with a deflected shot before Drummond poked the ball home from close range after a good cross from Josh Simms. Tornado made it 3 after being played through and letting the ball run across the keeper and defender and slotting the ball home. Saltash pulled a goal back late in the first half after St Blazey had lost the ball in midfield. The second half saw Saltash pile the pressure on St Blazey. After another good save Saltash broke through to make it 3v2. Saltash then dominated for long spells but their shooting was woeful. I think they had 5 or 6 efforts in a row that left the ground. St Blazey thought they had won it when they scored a 4th but the linesman ruled it out for offside. Ohagon almost added the important 4th late on but couldn't shoot when the goal was wide open. Big cheers at the final whistle. Back off the bottom. Huge game at Callington on Saturday now. A win would take us above them.
leedsunited
Did not see that score coming Paul, after i saw your performance at St.Austell i thought you would be almost certainly relegated. Credit to Alan Carey for stepping in down at Blazey & risking his reputation in a relegation battle. You have some good club officials down there. We to have to play Saltash both home & away in our title run in, what were the line ups last night Paul? Guest
With Matt Drummond and Danny O'Hagan up front, not many teams have a strike force with a combined age of 81. Scott Kellow had a fine game in goal but he can hang up his gloves now Jasa has signed.
