Bruegel the Elder
So much for your quick bit of research C.T.B. Thirty hours in and only five responses (two of them hearsay). WAKE UP DIV 1 WEST TEAMS, you all have members using the forum and some of you must know how much you're worth to watch (and see your name in print). So let's be 'avin' you.......Your Moderator needs you!
motherwontletmegoargyle
Don't want to highjack the topic. I get to watch the odd Peninsula Premier Division game, various grounds, entry a fiver. Could you explain, what's a programme?
taxdodger
Millbrook is £3 entry. It's less for OAP's but I wouldn't know that price.
Bruegel the Elder
You're not alone Mother, Taxdodger doesn't seem to know about them at Millbrook either, and he seemingly can't even claim old age for his lapse either!
cornishteddyboy
I only want this info as I want to propose to my committee to increase our entrance fee and give away a free programme so more people can get to read what is going on in the club. It is not me trying to outdo another side. Does anyone charge £4 and give away a programme, does anyone charge £4 and still charge for a programme. To spend a couple of evenings typing and printing a programme just to sell a couple of dozen copies makes it feel it is not worthwhile but to give out 80-90 free copies then it feels like you are an asset to your club. Other programme editors agree with me?

baldy
I think Wadebridge is £4 and you usually get a free programme per car.
panda
Cornishteddyboy you say you would rather give away 80-90 programmes per game.rather than charge for them. I do not know what club you are involved with but looking at attendance figures in west division you might have a few spare copies left over
Guest
Its Penzance and seems like a sensible idea to me being an exiled Pz fan.

Dave Deacon
Yes. That's why, for example, Bude is probably higher then what one would normally expect.

cornishteddyboy
Pz still have evening games against Argyle and a big local derby against Mousehole which will bring the average up.
panda
I think you should put the admission up and still charge for a programme After all every penny you can make helps to keep your club going. T was involved with a club where the locals begrudged paying £2 to see south western league football and as for having to pay 20p for a programme..........
