Julian Chenery Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 There have been some interesting views on the provision of 3 officials for Div 1 West games on this forum. My point would be that if all 8 fixtures had officials appointed to them that would be 16 less refs for junior football and by implication 16 (more) junior games without refs. Clearly that cant be fair. Also I understand that the SWPL has no rule requiring clubs to provide qualified linesmen unlike the Duchy League where Premier Division clubs have to provide qualified linemen.
