Bruegel the Elder
Are St. Austell trying to emulate Bodmin in their stumbles towards the title? Is there still time for Parkway to take advantage (although to be fair they'd probably both have to lose when they play each other)?
Cornishfan74
Newquay were poor today, real lack of commitment to 2nd balls and ariel battles, quality was not there too many heavy touches, slack passes and movement off the ball. However, Newquay were without the following players; Welden, Bray Evans, Jamison, H Turner, Vercoe, Trudgian and Hampshire. There needs to be a consistency to a team line up especially when in a relegation battle. Also I believe Newquay had 1 shot on goal the whole match which was the goal, never looked liked scoring after that.

Stoke Gabriel certainly can make it hard for the top teams. Well done to them. We will have to play a lot better v Tavy on Tuesday if we are going to get an important win.
