We Two
Take a look at the Sticker Twitter Account and view the photographs of their newly installed floodlights, Well done Sticker, really looking forward to the first game under lights on Monday October 9th against Plymouth Argyle. From the early days in the Duchy League, and the St Austell & District League, up to the present day in the Peninsula Premier League, the club has been a credit to the Cornish football fraternity. Sticker Forever
Brilliant to see how far the club has come culminating in the new lights which look superb along with the great surface!! Can remember 30+ years ago the players changing across the road and walking up across a field to get to the pitch! Expect a lot of the older members on here will remember those times! Managers like Mike Penhaligon with his treble winning team, John Peters and Phil Grant bringing up all the Truro boys to blend with the locals. Good times but nothing compared to where the club is today! A big well done to all the hard working players and committee members for achieving what you have. Remember changing in the old farm building and tracking up the farmers field. To be fair a bloody good playing surface back then . Well done to all those involved over the years
