 A second half hat-trick from Ryan Richards was enough to give the Ashes all three points in a very poor scrappy game.The Ashes were force into making three changes to the starting line-up through minor injuries.

 The first chance of the game fell to Sam Farrant whose header from a Ryan Richards cross hit the post.All the chances were going the Ashes way but poor finishing in front of goal let them down.

 The first half finished with Callington keeper Sam Bothwick being sent off for handling the ball outside the area.

 The second half started like the first with Saltash creating openings but not scoring that was until on 49 minutes a short free-kick and Ryan Richards let fly to make it 1-0.

 The home side were reduced to 9 men on 57 minutes when Dan Pethick was shown a straight red card for a bad foul.

 The Ashes took full advantage and on 71 minutes Henry Wilson played the ball to Richard Maddison who then played it to Richards who made it 2-0. Three minutes later and it was 3-0 when Richards was played in by Dave Trott.

 A tough game against a team that worked hard for all of the 90 minutes.
