The top division in the west being primarily for clubs in Cornwall with Plymouth / West Devon clubs as required. The top division in the east is expected to be comprise only clubs based in Devon. Accordingly the new leagues are to be known as: - Devon County League - Jewson South Western League It is incredible to think on how much we have progressed the development of football in this region over the last twenty years. The latest restructure is necessary to avoid Cornwall clubs from occupying the promotion places and denying the progress of Devon clubs. We take this opportunity to congratulate the top three clubs in this final year of the South West Peninsula Premier Division. 1. Exmouth Town 2. Tavistock 3.
