Hetty
Now with two teams at step 6 failing to field teams for this competition it is clear that clubs are not taking it seriously. Should the FA return the competition back into a step 7 cup for next season?
Xanie25
Some quality teams who would of loved to play and could win the East League were totally ignored absolutely shameful they were not included.

rocky170267
I think you’ll find Saltash and Helston are taking it quite seriously? Guzzvaliant

Hetty
Not Saltash, but who’s to say they would have fielded their full strength side against Godolphin. We don’t know how seriously they are taking it.

RAPPO
Might possibly be a good point to make it step 7 again. A top step 6 side will have a 38 game Peninsula league season, Fa Cup, Fa Vase, Walter Parson league cup, Cornwall Senior Cup and the charity cup!!! For example this season a St.Piran West team only has a 26 game league season, kernow stone league cup and Senior Cup. Virtually on average a 50 game season opposed to a 30 game season! Would make sense to invite the St.Piran clubs who the competition would possibly mean more to and relieve the Peninsula clubs fixture schedule especially with this weather every season!! Just my opinion mind 👍⚽️🏆 Ronniemay.6 and Mike Odgers

Bobjfh
I thought this cup was on an ‘invitation’ basis? If Step 6 teams don’t want to play in it, for whatever reason, they can decline - so if they don’t field a side - don’t invite them next year - perhaps Torpoint and Millbrook would be first choices and then Step 7??
