Foxes 1-3 north P AET. Fair play to north. Played the conditions so much better. Deserved the win on the day. A lot of chances created from either side but they take there’s and we didn’t. Their keeper outstanding 👏🏻👏🏻 Good luck in the next round lads. Thanks to that result, whets has now pulled that ******* great budget from the boys. We’re gutted 😂😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Superb match and decent summary. Both teams gave it everything. Josh Chalk had top match in the sticks and was the difference.

On the same day that Chelsea confirmed their status as the best club side in the world, St Just confirmed theirs as the best in my world. The visitors from Polperro chose to take advantage of the wind, unaware of its propensity to take advantage of them. Referee Grant Porterfield, namesake of a Sunderland cupwinner and Chelsea manager, my old friend from O level German at Humphry Davy Grammar School in 1975, put a stop to the terrifying attempts of the visiting centre half to intimidate the mild-mannered Jack Willis with his measured, diplomatic interventions early on. Courageous Mancunian winger Josh entertained the Corinthian neutrals like me with his sliding tackles. Meteorology was the subject of the day. The visiting manager seemed unappreciative of St Just's capacity to provide gales and fogs simultaneously, though it was explained that his habitual position five yards inside the touchline was equally unorthodox. Messrs George and Curnow limited the wind-driven visitors' attacks to hopefulness rather than threat, until their number 9 struck a beauty from 25 yards after 39 minutes.                                   Within ten minutes of the restart, however, near post headers from skipper Meagor and Big Nick had turned the game round. A calmly taken penalty from the cool-headed Jack Willis put the result beyond the visitors. There was still time for Ashley Ellis to hit the post and the visiting number 5 to see red, getting all tired and teasy after his big day out chasing shadows, spoiling it by saying something cheeky and rude and getting sent to use up all the hot water 20 minutes early. Well, he had come a long way, Polperro is nearly in England and they can't even see the Scillies from there. Today we couldn't see them from St Just either, which is good, because when you can you know it's going to rain. It must have been raining already instead, but not on the Tinners' parade ! Roll on the semis !
